The Nintendo 3DS wasn't as successful as was anticipated, but that doesn't mean that interest in 3D games is dropping. In fact, that interest will get some new life when Sony's Playstation 3D TV gets released late in 2011.
Sony's branded model promises to bring an affordable 3D gaming solution to millions of gamers, along with a new way of playing in dual player mode where there's no split screen. Each player gets their own view of the same game by wearing the 3D glasses.
